RELYON AT LONG’S
 Long’s is proud to become the first and exclusive United States Relyon dealer. Established in 1858, Relyon, the premier British brand, is synonymous with the very highest standards of product design and manufacturing.
The Relyon manufacturing facility is a sprawling campus in Wellington, Somerset, England, employing over 400 people devoted to the art of making the finest beds. The Relyon factory is one of the most fine and efficient facilities the Long’s have ever seen, using the finest materials and hand steps to ensure the best bed of the best materials, made in the best way. Quality is first and foremost, and the most efficient hand-labor force ensures it.
 Central to comfort are Relyon
Pocketed Springs. The Eminence and Duchess bed innerspring units feature
the finest high tensile steel is wound into individual springs, which are
sewn into their own hard wearing 100% cotton calico pocket. Each pocketed
spring is hand nested in a honeycomb pattern and hand tied with linen cord.
Relyon pocketed springs provide superb resilience, comforting support and
a luxurious night's sleep. The Braemar features individual springs encased
in Spunbond.
Natural filling materials, hand processed at Relyon, such as pure white cotton felt, New Zealand Lambswool, Curled loose hair, are generously distributed throughout the mattress.
Hand side-stitching is a bench mark for quality. At Relyon, long upholstery needles hand side stitch the mattress border with up to four rows of side stitching. This time consuming process ensures the necessary rigidity and support to the mattress walls and extends the quality sleeping area right to the very edge of the mattress.
Each Relyon mattress is hand
tufted at regular intervals. This traditional process ensures that
all filling are secured to the interior springs for guaranteed minimum
wear
and maximum durability.
Relyon’s Divans (the English
version of box springs) include optional drawers for extra storage.
Drawer Divans have invisible storage, without any compromise in comfort
or feel. Various models have Sprung Edge Divans, consisting of a
solid timber frame that supports a fully sprung open coil unit, surrounded
by cane edging. This provides extremely long lasting support and
comfort.
 
Zip and Link beds provide even more options. Two identical mattresses or different firmness levels of the same model can be combined to make one connected bed.

The Eminence – This beautiful
mattress has a double layer of pocketed springs, sewn into 100% cotton
calico pockets and hand tied with linen cord. This enables the upper
layer of springs to shape to the body contours, while the lower layer absorbs
changes in weight distribution for the highest level of comfort and support.
The upholstery layers are all hand-teased and natural layers of Lambswool,
Mohair, Cashmere, Silk and Cotton. Four rows of side stitching and
hand tufts complete this elegant mattress. The matching divan features
a sprung edge and another layer of double pocketed springs that are hand
tufted for extra luxury. The result is the only divan one could actually
sleep on and be comfortable.
The Marquess – An exclusively designed mattress with a double layer of pocketed springs and a balanced combination of quality fillings for luxurious comfort and softness. The filling materials include loose white hair, loose mohair, finest quality pure lambswool, superior hand teased cotton and cotton felt. Three rows of side stitching and hand tufts ensure comfort and durability for years to come. The Deluxe pocketed divan includes and sprung edge and a pocketed coil layer on the top.
The Empress – A balanced
combination of quality fillings and pocketed springs offer a beautifully
comfortable feel. Filling layers include lambswool, white hair, and
luxury white fibre. Hand tufting and three rows of side stitching
finish the beautiful product. A maching sprung edge divan enhances
the luxury.
The Braemar – shown on
our floor as a Zip and Link model (optional) in a choice of soft or firm
comfort levels. Each comfort level is available as one large mattress,
as well. The pocketed springs in the mattress are upholstered with
Lambswool, Hair and Cotton Felt; hand side-stitched in two rows; and finished
with wool tufts. Shown with a Sprung-edge, Drawer Divan.

The advanced Embrace technology ensures natural breathability to keep the sleeper cool in the summer and warm in the winter while offering the enhanced pressure relief and conformability of memory foam. Embrace natural latex is non allergenic and antifungal. Three rows of hand stitching provide stability and edge support. Available as a mattress alone or with a matching Relyon foundation.
